Changes for version 0.02 - 2026-09-08

  • fix the linux crash: frx_doc_new left two new fields uninitialised, so validate read malloc's leavings
  • Windows: rename `near` and `small`, which windows.h and rpcndr.h take
  • Windows: call the ABI write entry as (A->write), which PERL_IMPLICIT_SYS does not expand
