Changes for version 0.55 - 2026-10-05

  • A oneshot timer the backend delivers before its deadline is re-armed for the remainder instead of fired
  • kqueue arms timers in whole milliseconds rounded up, not down.
  • t/12 pins a 50ms timer against the monotonic clock on every backend the build has.
