Changes for version 0.60 - 2026-10-14
- FIX: a stream handle's write was never answered "full" over HTTP/2, so a producer never paused and the whole body was held.
- FIX: an HTTP/2 handler that waited for its body to drain waited for nothing: requests are now handed to the application after nghttp2's receive call returns, not from inside it.
- TEST: t/53 failed on OpenBSD; a pipe there has no inode, so the test helper took the arena's wakeup pipes for the harness's.
