A security requirement naming scopes on a scheme that is not oauth2 or openIdConnect is refused under 3.0 only. 3.1 allows the array to carry role names; it was refused for both versions.

To install Open::API, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Open::API
