- A ball may curve, by its kind: a chain of parabolas turned at capped segment boundaries, no trigonometry
- A shot may carry an adjust: the surface under the struck ball changes once it crosses a line
- ABI 2 by append: world_new_ex and strike_ex with size-prefixed structs; the v1 structs and entry points frozen as wrappers
