Changes for version 0.09 - 2026-09-03

  • t/42 enqueued the delayed job before the worker existed, so a slow box's worker boot counted as horizon-clamp lag.
  • t/82 waits for the supervisor heartbeat to advance instead of bounding its age against the cadence that produces it.
  • t/33 measures the alarm layer against a 60s sleep, not a 30s one.
