- end_of: the last nanosecond of a year, quarter, month, week, day, hour, minute, second, millisecond or microsecond.
- truncate, round and end_of to a millisecond, microsecond or nanosecond; round to a day on a day with no midnight rounds to the real next midnight.
- round takes increment and mode (floor, ceil, half_floor, half_ceil, half_even); Duration->round.
- until and since: the difference in chosen units (largest, smallest, increment, mode); modes trunc and expand.
- Duration->total, Duration->balance, and relative_to for Duration->round.
- epoch_millis, epoch_micros, epoch_nanos, and from_epoch_millis, from_epoch_micros, from_epoch_nanos.
- FREEZE and THAW (Sereal, CBOR::XS) on values and durations; Storable hooks on durations.
- from_object takes an object with epoch (Time::Piece, Time::Moment); iso8601 takes form => basic, week or ordinal.
- try_new and try_with; with takes day_of_year and week; to_list; hour_12; Duration->divide and ->abs.
- next, previous, nth_in_month and last_in_month: the weekday adjusters.
- with takes day => 'last' and day_of_week.
- Add next_transition, previous_transition, is_ambiguous, other_reading, standard_offset and dst_offset.
