Changes for version 0.06 - 2026-10-19

  • The locale archive carries CLDR's weekday relative words ("last Tuesday", "next Tuesday", "in {0} Tuesdays")
  • Time::Keeper::Locale: day_periods, the names of the parts of a day, and day_period_rules, when each is.
  • Fix: a parse_cldr or strptime error after a pattern literal that shared the first byte of the text's character warned of malformed UTF-8 and misplaced its offset.
  • Tests: t/37-relative.t pins the clock (it failed between midnight and 03:00); t/29-until.t compares totals within a tolerance (it failed on long-double perls).
