- Faster: on() computes sunrise, sunset and the transits, and each twilight the first time it is asked for.
- Time::Keeper::Moon->position: the moon's apparent longitude, latitude, right ascension, declination, distance and parallax at an instant.
- Time::Keeper::Moon: illumination and phase_angle are computed from the moon's and the sun's places (Meeus 48.2, 48.3), no longer approximated.
- place => on the moon's methods: a Time::Keeper::Sun place gives the zone and locale position with a place adds altitude, apparent_altitude, azimuth and hour_angle
- Moonrise, moonset and the moon's upper transit: Moon->on($date, place => $sun) gives them for the civil day (moonrise, moonrises, is_moon_up_all_day, events and kin)
- Fix: on() and Moon->on() read a Time::Keeper::Date wrongly on perls before 5.38.
- Fix: latitude, longitude and elevation come back exactly as given on perls with long doubles.
- Fix: an angle of exactly 0 (an azimuth due north, an hour angle at the meridian) is 0, not -0, on perls before 5.14.
