Changes for version 0.04

fixed Babelfish backend; removing the URL helped
Changed dist style and Changes back to standard. People didn't like it - the nail that sticks out gets hammered down.
Added standard test files; this will also help with CPANTS.
Added INSTALL; now generate README and README.mkdn

To install Text::Pipe::Translate, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::Pipe::Translate

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::Pipe::Translate
