SYNOPSIS

  use Module::CPANfile;

  my $file = Module::CPANfile->load("cpanfile");
  my $meta = $file->prereqs; # CPAN::Meta::Prereqs object

DESCRIPTION

Module::CPANfile is a tool to handle cpanfile format to load application specific dependencies, not just for CPAN distributions.
