EV-4.27 - perl interface to libev, a high performance full-featured event loop

Changes for version 4.27 - 2019-06-27

(libev) completely rewritten linuxaio backend, maybe usable as a general-use backend.
(libev) use more aggressive assertions to catch more usage errors.
allow users to re-enable assert() in case it is disabled by perl (which is typically the case).

To install EV, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm EV

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install EV
