Changes for version 0.07 - 2012-07-20

Some servers can't install Cache::Memecahed::Fast, we added support for Cache::Memcached for those servers where its not an option. It still checks to see if the C version is there though.

Perl implementation of leaky bucket rate limiting

To install Algorithm::LeakyBucket, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Algorithm::LeakyBucket

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Algorithm::LeakyBucket
