Proc::JobQueue::Sort - sort files in the background

This is a subclass of Proc::JobQueue::Job. In the background, sort the input files into the output. using the unix sort(1) command.
The $opts parameter is not used but must be a hash reference. The $config parameter must be a hash reference and the following key is supported:
$opts
$config
This will be used to create a --buffer-size argument to the unix sort command.
