Added test for, and fixed, bug in character-constant recognition which caused it to miss-lex things like "std_logic'('0')"

Split VHDL code into lexical tokens

To install Hardware::Vhdl::Lexer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Hardware::Vhdl::Lexer

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Hardware::Vhdl::Lexer
