First release. Offline fragment-target audit API with source-located diagnostics. Arabic/Unicode and percent-decoded targets, duplicate and ambiguous targets. Unicode normalization hints without changing matching semantics. UTF-8 local-file command with JSON output and bounded input/diagnostics.

To install HTML::Anchor::Audit, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTML::Anchor::Audit

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTML::Anchor::Audit
