- set_logger() now accepts the named-pair form set_logger(logger => $obj), matching the Database::Abstraction API. Non-blessed values (log-level strings, filenames, coderefs) are wrapped in Log::Abstraction->new(...) automatically, exactly as Database::Abstraction does. Callers using the named-pair form against a Database::Join object previously had the string "logger" silently stored as the logger object.
- join => criteria now croak immediately with a diagnostic message (error_join_criterion) instead of being silently dropped with a warn_unknown_column carp. Database::Abstraction accepts join => for SQL JOINs within a single table; on a merged view the criterion cannot be routed, so an early croak is clearer than silent discard.
- Log::Abstraction 0.33 added as a runtime dependency (Makefile.PL, cpanfile).
