SYNOPSIS

ABSTRACT

This module provides a Dumb backend for the Lang internationalization module.

DESCRIPTION

new() --> Lang::Dumb

Instantiates a new Lang::Dumb backend.

translate(language,text) --> string

Returns 'text'.

clear_cache() --> void

Does nothing.
