Changes for version 0.03 - 2010-03-03

reset $r->status_line before calling ap_die()
reimplement Apache2::RequestRec::safe_die without ap_die()
all versions of safe_die() now call ModPerl::Util::exit(0) instead of returning OK.

To install ModPerl2::Tools, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ModPerl2::Tools

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ModPerl2::Tools
