Bio::Metabolic version 0.06

This module is inteded to provide methods and objects to represent biochemical
reaction networks in Perl.
So far the functionality is very basic, but it is inteded to include many
different features (see TODO).
The module consists of the following submodules (list likely to grow):
Bio::Metabolic::Substrate          - representation of biochemical compounds
Bio::Metabolic::Substrate::Cluster - representation of a group of biochemical
                                     compounds
Bio::Metabolic::Reaction           - representation of biochemical reactions
Bio::Metabolic::Network            - representation of biochemical reaction
                                     networks
INSTALLATION
To install this module type the following:
   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
