Changes for version 0.150 - 2017-10-11

First release, split from App-CreateSelfSignedSSLCert and rename App::CreateSelfSignedSSLCert to AppLib::CreateSelfSignedSSLCert so it can be used without having to depend on Perinci::CmdLine et al.

Create self-signed SSL certificate

To install AppLib::CreateSelfSignedSSLCert, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm AppLib::CreateSelfSignedSSLCert

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install AppLib::CreateSelfSignedSSLCert
