Normalize single quote in package name to double colon, e.g. Module::SubMod'SubSubMod to Module::SubMod::SubSubMod.
Parse perldoc.perl.org/MOD/SUBMOD.html.
Parse search.cpan.org/search?module=MOD.

Extract/guess information from a URL

Extract/guess CPAN module from a URL

Extract CPAN release (tarball) name from a URL

To install CPAN::Info::FromURL, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPAN::Info::FromURL

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPAN::Info::FromURL
