Changes for version 0.008 - 2024-02-16

[bugfix] We didn't set the right Carp variables, so versions before this didn't actually work.
Add option to dump using Data::Dump::IfSmall (set -Dump config to 4).

Set some Carp variables

To install Carp::Patch::Config, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Carp::Patch::Config

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Carp::Patch::Config
