Store parameters in 'params' (which is then accessible for other plugins) instead of discarding them.

Put extra parameters in dist.ini

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Extras, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Extras

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Extras
