SYNOPSIS

In the environment variable:

 PERINCI_CMDLINE_PLUGINS=-DumpRes

In code instantiating Perinci::CmdLine:

 my $app = Perinci::CmdLine::Any->new(
     ...
     plugins => ["DumpRes"],
 );

If you want to dump at different events:

 my $app = Perinci::CmdLine::Any->new(
     ...
     plugins => [
         'DumpArgs@after_format_res',
     ],
 );
