Net-Async-ArtNet

CHANGES
- Use ->bind method rather than directly constructing an IO::Socket::INET thus allowing kernel-assigned port
- Add basic SYNOPSIS, example script, unit test

use ArtNet with IO::Async

To install Net::Async::ArtNet, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Async::ArtNet

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Async::ArtNet
