Changes for version 0.06

Avoid (harmless) "Constant subroutine .. redefined" warnings if 'use'd multiple times, when Socket6 is not available.

a wrapper for Socket6's getaddrinfo and getnameinfo, or emulation for platforms that do not support it

To install Socket::GetAddrInfo, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Socket::GetAddrInfo

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Socket::GetAddrInfo
