Changes for version 0.12

Changed some documentation to recommend use of Storable->nstore rather than simply Storable->store to improve interoperability.

A screen scraper useful for propagating the data structure of WebService::Nextbus::Agency.

To install WebService::Nextbus, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WebService::Nextbus

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WebService::Nextbus
