Updated WHY section to document new differences with Params::Util None of them are functional, three functions were added to a development release.

To install Params::SomeUtil, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Params::SomeUtil

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Params::SomeUtil
