Changes for version 0.03

move MyApp.pm to DirTreeTestApp.pm due to a permission conflict on PAUSE
replace all occurences of "PodEditor" with "DirTree" as this was a copy'n'paste mistake

in lib/Wx/Perl/DirTree/Linux.pm

in lib/Wx/Perl/DirTree/Win32.pm

To install Wx::Perl::DirTree, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Wx::Perl::DirTree

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Wx::Perl::DirTree
