Changes for version 0.015 - 2015-01-22

Sometimes, a country's continent is in dispute. Georgia, for example, is famously disputed. Other times, we're just dead wrong, as we were with Bolivia, Colombia, and Ecuador. What happened? We don't remember, it was a long time ago. Fixed now!
