Changes for version 1.66
- Test fixes only, from cpantesters reports on 1.65: t/26.t forks, so skip it on Windows; it also damaged pages by writing the share file while it was mmapped, which OpenBSD doesn't keep coherent with the mapping, so it now does the damage through new fc_peek/fc_poke test helpers on the mapping itself; t/25.t skips on perls without 64 bit UVs, since modseq support croaks there by design.
