Changes for version 2.01

No change to the module itself. Fixes the release workflow's smoke test on RHEL 9 and 10, where blib.pm ships in a separate perl-blib package that the build dependencies do not install: the test now puts blib/lib and blib/arch on @INC itself rather than loading blib.

cpanm JQ::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install JQ::XS
