also added an example eg/siteexample.pm demonstrating one way to override the default paths for example for those who don't have access to /etc

Perl extension follow modules to exist in different non-core locations on different systems without having to refer to explicit library paths in code

To install Module::PortablePath, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Module::PortablePath

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::PortablePath
