Adopt Moo. But not Moops - I don't need that level of complexity.
Move t/pod.t to xt/author/.
Add t/version.t.
Add use strict and use warnings to Build.PL and Makefile.PL.
Newsflash: DBIx::Admin::CreateTable and DBIx::Admin::DSNManager are now used for the author's testing of DBIx::Admin::TableInfo.

Create and drop tables, primary indexes, and sequences

To install DBIx::Admin::CreateTable, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DBIx::Admin::CreateTable

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DBIx::Admin::CreateTable
