Changes for version 1.11 - 2015-04-28

Use Config.pm to tell us which version of Perl is being used, and if it's >= 5.21.11, then use 'Inf' and '-Inf', otherwise use 'inf' and '-inf'.
Test with Perls V 5.10.1, 5.20.2 and 5.21.11.

Parse GEDCOM dates

To install Genealogy::Gedcom::Date, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Genealogy::Gedcom::Date

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Genealogy::Gedcom::Date
