Changes for version 2.04 - 2016-05-01

Reduce required version of Perl from V 5.14.2 to 5.10.1.
Reduce required version of File::Copy from V 2.26 to 2.14 to match.
Remove 'use open qw(:std :utf8)' from all modules.

Run GraphViz2::Marpa.
