Fixed a bug: Module no longer produces cryptic errors when encountering unknown POD elements (fix contributed by apocalypse)

Ensure that POD has no duplicate section headers.

To install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::EnsureUniqueSections, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Weaver::Plugin::EnsureUniqueSections

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::EnsureUniqueSections
