Changes for version 1.6.0

Feature parity with the SelectPdf.Api .NET client 1.6.0 (also covers the 1.5.0 features).
Added SelectPdf::InvoiceClient: ZUGFeRD / Factur-X hybrid electronic invoices (POST /api2/invoice/, multipart request with the invoice XML as the zugferd_xml file part). setInvoiceXmlFile, setInvoiceXml, setZugferdProfile, setZugferdRelationship, setZugferdSchema, createFromUrl / createFromHtmlString (+ WithBaseUrl, ToFile and Async variants). Requires an API key; the carrier defaults to PDF/A-3A.
HtmlToPdfClient: tagged (accessible) PDF and PDF standards - setTagged, setPdfStandard, setDocumentLanguage.
HtmlToPdfClient: setWebPageFixedSize, setAuthUsername, setAuthPassword.
HtmlToPdfClient: Chromium rendering engine.
HtmlToPdfClient: keyless demo mode - construct with no key, an empty key or "demo" to use https://selectpdf.com/api2/convert/demo/ (watermarked output, max 5 pages). New isDemoMode, isDemoResponse, getClampedFields, wasClamped, getDroppedFields, wasAnyFieldDropped. setUserPassword, setOwnerPassword and async conversions die with SelectPdf::DemoUnsupportedException in demo mode.
Typed demo errors (SelectPdf::DemoExceptions): SelectPdf::DemoRateLimitException, SelectPdf::DemoSafetyException, SelectPdf::DemoUnsupportedException - built from the demo endpoint's JSON error bodies; they stringify to the error message.
Response telemetry on every client: getCreditsTotal, getCreditsRemaining, getMode, getExecutionMode. Pages and job id are read from the X-SelectPdf-Pages / X-SelectPdf-Job-Id headers.
Value constants (SelectPdf::ApiEnums): SelectPdf::PdfStandard, SelectPdf::ZugferdProfile, SelectPdf::ZugferdRelationship, SelectPdf::ZugferdSchema, SelectPdf::RenderingEngine, SelectPdf::PageSize, SelectPdf::PageOrientation, SelectPdf::SecureProtocol, SelectPdf::PageLayout, SelectPdf::PageMode, SelectPdf::PageNumbersAlignment, SelectPdf::StartupMode, SelectPdf::TextLayout, SelectPdf::OutputFormat.
PdfMergeClient: setPdfName.
Long response headers (web elements locations) no longer fail with "Header line too long".
New samples: accessible-pdf.pl, electronic-invoice.pl, async-conversion.pl, web-elements.pl.
