No functional changes. Fix salt generation (used + instead of .). Add more tests.

To install Crypt::Password::Util, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Crypt::Password::Util

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Crypt::Password::Util
