Changes for version 0.19 - 2014-08-24
- Base: Use Mo if used by Perinci::CmdLine::Lite, otherwise use Moo when used by Perinci::CmdLine use Moo. This is because there is a problem with role attributes not being applied when Moo subclass extends Mo class.
