No functional changes. gen_usage() split to its own dist: Sub-Spec-To-Text. Update to Sub::Spec 0.15.

To install Sub::Spec::CmdLine, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sub::Spec::CmdLine

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sub::Spec::CmdLine
