Added lib/Test/Count/Filter/ByFileType/App.pm , which allows command-line filtering by file-type.
Enhanced the Build.PL with resources and keywords.

Module for keeping track of the number of tests in a test script.

To install Test::Count, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
