Changes for version 0.56

In t/get_set_NV.t, cater for some bugginess (now fixed in mpfr trunk) in the mpfr library that would have some IEEE 754 subnormal values returned by mpfr_get_ld() differ (by 1 ULP) from the representation returned by mpfr_get_float128().
