Changes for version 1.40

  • Accommodate arithmetic overloading of Math::MPFR objects.
  • Jump straight to version 1.40 now that mpc-1.4.0 is out.
  • Add new test file (t/new_in_1.3.0_alt.t).
  • Add new functions Rmpc_exp10, Rmpc_exp2, Rmpc_log2.
  • Add Rmpf_sub_fr Rmpc_fr_sub Rmpc_fr_div (all previously missed).
