Avoid monitoring PL_markstack_ptr value in MPFI.xs
Silence pointless warnings generated by compilation of MPFI.xs
Ensure that overloaded <=> operations return one of 1, -1, 0, and undef. Required some amendments to MPFI.xs, and some rewriting of parts of some test scripts. Issue raised by https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=168076 .
Enable building on quadmath builds of perl by cygwin tester. See (eg): https://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/8c458db3-71b3-1014-beba-d9dcb6a500a3.
