Changes for version v0.1.3 - 2026-11-02

Fix: two or more standalone curly-quote markers on one line (for example "the file`'s x, the account`'s y") were swallowed as a single code span and left unconverted. A backtick that is part of a standalone marker (`' `" "` '`) no longer opens a code span, so each marker resolves to its Unicode character; real code spans and paired quotes are unchanged.
