Changes for version 0.1.1 - 2026-11-02

Fix: square brackets that are not a link, an image or a defined reference are now kept as literal text. anchor:X[X] and "see [X] now" used to lose their brackets, so a document did not survive a round trip through Text::AsciidocDown. The unresolved forms [text], [text][] and [text][label] are emitted as written.
Fix: an undefined shorthand reference whose label contains a colon no longer leaves a raw placeholder in the output.
