Changes for version 1.03

I have added a new method 'getIndex', which will fetch the index of the current tree within it's parent's child list. I have also added documentation and tests for this.

To install Tree::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tree::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Tree::Simple
