Changes for version 0.03 - 2016-12-27

added a `REPR` method which returns the structure to be used as an instance
- added docs and tests
added a `BLESS` method which handles blessing and calling the `CREATE` method to construct the instance
- added docs and tests

To install UNIVERSAL::Object, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm UNIVERSAL::Object

install UNIVERSAL::Object
